Some providers (Google, Microsoft) are based outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

- Unanswered enquiries: 1 year
- Prospects and quotes: 3 years from last contact
- Client data and invoicing: applicable statutory period
- Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent
- Analytics data: 13 months maximum

Under Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation of processing and access to your data
- Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction — restrict certain processing
